The professional path
He started his career as a senior editor and columnist for Kazakh Radio. Prior to his appointment as Dean of ENU’s Faculty of Journalism and Social Sciences, while simultaneously teaching as a senior lecturer and associate professor at the Faculty of Journalism of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, he was a columnist for the “Zhas Alash” republican newspaper, head of the literary office of the “Ak Zhol–Kazakhstan” newspaper, and a political columnist for the “Aikyn” newspaper. Later he headed the media holding company "Shygys Akparat" at KazNU’s Akimat of the East Kazakhstan region.

Awards and honours
Novelist, poet, winner of the Daryn State Prize, winner of the Prize of the Youth Union of Kazakhstan, winner of the Smagul Saduakasov Prize of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan.
He is the author of the novel Karaozek, several short stories, and three collections of poetry. The books Adyrna, Kumbir, Karaozek, Alash Orda Baspasozi Zhane Zhusipbek Aimauytuly, Kolshatyr were published.

Graduated with honors from the International Kazakh-Turkish University in 1993 with a degree in pedagogy and psychology. Successfully defended her PhD dissertation at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and earned the academic degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
She began her professional career in 1993 as a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University. Over the years, she has served as senior lecturer, department head, division head, deputy dean, faculty dean, director of a scientific school, and vice-rector.
She enhanced her professional experience at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical Institute, and Syrdariya University.
She has been awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Y.Altynsarin Medal, the “Excellence in Education” medal, and a Letter of Appreciation from the National Testing Center.
As part of external academic mobility programs, she delivers lectures in neighboring countries. She is the author of approximately 120 scientific publications.
