
SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY
The Department of Media Communications and Public Relations demonstrates consistent progress in executing its strategic research agenda. The Department's research priorities encompass convergent processes in the theory and practice of broadcast journalism, alongside the evolution of new media and digital communications. Significant emphasis is placed on the integration of Artificial Intelligence into media production, specifically addressing the ethical and legal dimensions of implementing neural networks within newsroom workflows. In the field of Public Relations, priority is given to the strategic advancement of communications and crisis management technologies in the digital ecosystem. In alignment with the Department’s mission, the study of media and information literacy remains a vital vector for ensuring national information security. A systematic approach to academic discourse and the internationalization of research through global collaborations enable the faculty to effectively translate theoretical frameworks into practical applications. This synergy ensures the development of highly competitive professionals equipped to navigate the modern media industry.
