The Department of Journalism and Media Arts has three auditoriums. A total of 14 computers are available in audience 305. This computer class is provided with programs that are necessary for such disciplines as "visual communication in online media, "photojournalism, "modern print journalism, ," "cross-ge, "modern foreign mass media and PR, "media design, "press photography, «business journalism in glossary studies, "web editor and content manager, andpress and "press In auditoriums 301 and 311, there are projectors with built-in screens (multimedia projectors).
Senior lecturers T.Zhumanalina and A.Elesova conduct studio lessons with students in the publishing department (typography) of the Eurasian National University. Students from the training and production centers of the publishing house get acquainted with new devices and master the process of their work. Besides, students of the department had a chance to get acquainted with modern technical equipment; they also listened to lectures from practitioners on the basis of the republican newspaper "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" and the publishing house "Foliant."

The university introduced a unified system of library and information services and the purchase of educational materials through the applications of the departments and faculty. The departments work closely with the library on the acquisition of the necessary educational literature in the form of applications and the monitoring of new specialty literature. The university buys diverse and informative literature on various profiles. The contingent of educational programs in the areas of "journalism," "international journalism," and "publishing" has the opportunity to use the funds of the scientific reading room "Otyrar." The capacity of the hall is 350 seats.
Access is open on the territory of the university (using the university’s IP address). The Otyrar library’s electronic resources hall, which has 45 seats, has 45 computers connected to the Internet. Students and faculty through the local network of the university can use the electronic fund of the scientific library "Full-text electronic resources," located at http://library.enu.kz. This not only significantly improves the quality of teaching and learning but also contributes to the maximum familiarization of the teaching staff and students with world scientific knowledge and achievements.
The material and technical base and information resources of the university allow us to provide high-quality training and the graduation of qualified specialists. The material and technical base of the faculty (classroom fund, computer classes, laboratories, instrumentation, stock materials) comply with the current sanitary and technical standards and provide for all types of theoretical and practical training provided for by the curriculum in the field of “International Journalism," as well as the performance of research and experimental research work by the undergraduate. The material and technical base of the departments is constantly updated, improved, and expanded.
The university allocates funds for the purchase of laboratory equipment, textbooks, periodicals, information resources, and computers. The premises are equipped with modern educational furniture, computer equipment, stands, comply with the current sanitary and epidemiological requirements, meet the requirements of general and fire safety rules, and provide an opportunity to carry out research and experimental research by a student.
